4- Hack control

 Remove zener and sold another one (2v5) on pin 1 (INV). sold a lead at other end and connect it to a potentiometer. sold other sides to 12V out and GND. that'all.

Removing zener :

 All is done. it works perfectly for me.

Futur projects : 

I'm searching a way to control current limiting.

add an ESP-01 to control Power via wifi and I2C Bus. (very easy).

how to transform into variable power

1- regulator UC28025 and MOSFET control

2- before hacking

If you need hight voltage ( >20v) you must add winding to transformator and change output capacitor (16V max).  Three output MOSFET near connector must be removed also : they are H5N03LA witch support only 25V. replace them by a lead short-circuit. Pictures  will help.

Here is some works on this nice power : a very long job - it's not easy to decrypt !
